O49 Organic Gin is produced in a family-run distillery at the foothills of Teutoburg Forest. Filled by hand, bottle for bottle, created with more than 130 years of experience, this is a Pure Organic Gin made from untreated juniper berries, enriched with the spicy bitter note of the German hops blossom and unmistakably refined with the floral essences of the Westphalian sage. It is a matter of honor that this extraordinary gin is made exclusively with ingredients sourced from 100% certified organic farming. And at 49% vol., it is noticeably pithier than run-of-the-mill gin. But this goes well with the people here. O49 tastes great enjoyed neat with ice, in classic form with tonic, or, for connoisseurs, with a leaf of fresh sage in the glass.
