Few know that the juniper of the Maritime Alps was affected, in its organoleptic characteristics, the special climate of the region in which it is collected: the border area between the Alpine and the Mediterranean region makes it the particularly rich botanical essential oils, and as a result their distilati have scents and flavors unobtainable in other climatic zones. L'Occitan dry gin is the basic version of gin produced by Bordiga, a must for mixing.
