Odin's Gin is unfiltered. Most Gins have a cold filtration, which takes out the fatty acids and smaakolieen before it is bottled. What? Acids and flavors remove? We start out at New Dutch Legacy. Our goal is just to add as many flavor to Gin! Therefore, all herbs also in the boiler. They also burned the basic alcohol. It delivers the most flavor and that is exactly what we want. What spices do we use? No less than 45 grams for every bottle!
