Onilikan Mexican Gin is a 100% handcrafted gin, produced in the state of Sinaloa in the north of Mexico. This Gin has an alcoholic base of a blue agave, which is distilled three times in order to neutralize the flavor. After the third distillation the juniper is added and the product is distilled one more time, then the botanicals are macerated in the still. Onilikan uses Mexican Gin has the balance between the juniper and the scents of Mexican herbs. The tastes that a person experiences when drinking this gin are soft, sweet, refined and very pleasant to the palate.
