Gin description

The production process of our Opyos Citrus & Elderflower Gin Liqueur started in May 2019. As we only use fresh grapefruit skins for the distillation of our Classic Dry Gin, we always have large quantities of perfect grapefruits in stock, for which we are always trying to come up with creative ideas to reuse. This time around, we thought about making a gin liqueur from grapefruit juice, which serves as a fresh and rather bitter base for our Opyos Citrus & Elderflower Gin Liqueur.
