This gin combines green cardamom, sweet at the fore with a fiery finish of eucalyptol flavor, Grain of paradise seeds shave a woody, almost piney aroma, and a warm peppery taste, with star anise, lavender and chamomile unraveling as we move to the mid-notes. A spice-forward profile emerges. The finish is medium-long and quite wintry. It has a warming, spice-forward character that seems perfect for keeping warm on a cold evening.
