The Pelter Winery believes in family,vitality and quality,three characteristics that sum up the distillery perfectly. Run by two brothers,their family and two partners,the distillery produces high quality Israeli wines, brandy, gin and other alcoholic beverages. The gin,is made with pink lady apples grown locally, chamomile, fennel and other herbs.
