PENRHOS DRY GIN

Gin description

The distillery's flagship Gin, Penhros Dry uses blueberries, cherry blossom and honey, combined with subtle flavours of pink pepper, cardamom and rose petals from the garden. The result is an extremely smooth fresh and pure gin. The gin's subtle nuances are it's tour de force so it's key to go easy on the amount of tonic and the choice of garnish. Pink Grapefruit or blueberries and mint work well, but we love this best with soda and no garnish.
