Gin description

Made from the finest ingredients and specially selected botanicals - Juniper Berries, Pink Peppercorns, Angelica , Coriander, Cardamom, Orris Root and a subtle infusion of Orange, Mint and Cocoa nibs - our gin is produced in South Lanarkshire at our small holding just within the north western boundary of the Pentland Hills. Good things come in small packages and our gin is no exception. Hand crafted and produced in limited quantities, it is an expression of the place where it’s made; unique, sustainable, surprising and of course Scottish. Our home in the Pentland Hills is a very special place, filled with plenty of good company and no small amount of adventure thanks to our family of dogs, cats and sheep. The story of Pentland Hills Gin is much the same, it’s been an adventure and it’s introduced us to some excellent company along the way.
