The Perfect Day Gin is the latest creation in the list of Manu De Cort, also known as the master distiller of the Ground Control Gins. For this London Dry Gin he has been looking for the ideal relationships between juniper, coriander, cardamom, verbena, iris root and zest of fresh citrus flavors. A total of 16 botanicals were used that result in a very fresh and full taste. An absolute flavor bomb full of citrus notes. With this gin, Manu wants to make a statement and prove that qualitative gins do not have to be expensive.
