'Old Tom Gin is a sweeter, precursor Dutch school version of London Dry Gin. The Piero Old Tom offers a mellow, refined and persuasive style that harkens back to an ancient gin and pays homage to the tradition of a famous distillate. We do this through special botanicals and a blend designed by our master distillers in the heart of Abruzzo. The botanicals are the same as our famous dry but with the addition of sugar, while the natural amber color comes from caramel.
