Gin description

Piger Henricus Gin is the result of a partnership between The Subversives Distillers and Patrice Fortier of La Société des Plantes in Kamouraska, Quebec. It is slowly distilled in small batches in a hand-made 350 litre pot still which confers to Piger Henricus its remarquable quality and taste. We use traditional London Dry Gin botanicals such as: juniper berries, corriander, angelica root, lemon peel and cardamom. We have added another unusual ingredient to the mix: parsnip. This gives our gin a delicate bitterness and subtle floral aroma. With its unequaled smoothness and flavor which belie its 43% alc/vol, Piger Henricus Gin is a brilliant demonstration of the good that comes out of the combination of a great idea with great teamwork!
