Born overlooking St Andrews, Pilgrim’s is a small batch handcrafted gin, made using Scottish spring water and carefully selected botanicals to produce a unique, yet smooth taste. At Pilgrim’s gin, we wanted to create a taste experience as unique and rewarding as a pilgrim’s journey. We have taken the savoury, earthy notes of juniper, coriander, and angelica, complimented them with the sweet, acidic flavour of grapefruit and added an interesting twist of liquorice. Our gin is then refined with Scottish spring water, which is naturally sourced and drawn from a sustainable spring, and lovingly blended with blackcurrant to create an interesting and exquisite taste.
