In January, February to mid-March, the Juniperus Procera in the highlands of Nairobi bear their fruit and are harvested by the Procera team for the entire gin production of the year 2022. The entire team is out gathering the fresh juniper berries to create a new vintage gin again this year with a very unique flavor profileFor this reason, the Procera team has sent us 15 vintage bottles of PROCERA GREEN DOT GIN 2021 to share with our customers as single bottles.
