Rijvers Gin is a creation of the organizers of the Festival Rijvers in Zomergem. The Rijvers Gin is made from the dandelion leaves and flower. Just as the sphere of the dandelion is also our symbol. The taste is bitter and salty, but also slightly spicy. It's a gin of 42 percent that everyone can taste.
