Sacred Christmas Pudding Gin

Gin description

We actually made 48 kg in 2015 of my great aunt Nellie's recipe - steamed for 8 hours and then macerated with English grain spirit, Juniper berries and then redistilled for a refreshing alternative to stodgy puddings - serve from the freezer after the Turkey! If you can't wait until Christmas Day also makes a lovely G&T, martini or Negroni. (Please note this is a rich distillate and often throws a sediment which does not affect drinking qulaity - as with a fine wine).
