This limited edition of Santamania is the ultimate expression of our mania for perfection: Gin with capital letters. More intense, more powerful, with aromas and fragrances emphasized in an exceptional grape alcohol. In the nose, Leyenda presents us with a subtle and expected mixture of citric notes and some spicy dots reminding cardamom. In the mouth, the gin impresses by its powerful freshness, appearing notes of licorice, and a very peculiar juniper, that wants to sour but stays in a passage in mouth very pleasant rounded with touches of pepper and coriander. For some the final step has a nice aftertaste of red berries. Without doubt, a very round drink. The distillation in copper produces a particularly remarkable result, something that is forgotten in many of the current gin.
