The Schönbuch Gin is distilled in very small batches with great attention to detail in us in Waldenbuch copper pot and made by hand. The carefully selected and seasonally growing Botanicals make it unique and give it a world-class gin flavor. Our gin combines juniper, chocolate, vermouth, angelica root, lemon, ginger, coriander and 17 other fresh botanicals. The botanicals are largely harvested by ourselves here in the Schönbuch and the region.
