The Schwarzwald Gin is a pure and clear gin with elegant bouquet and slight citrus notes. From a total of eleven botanicals distillers distill the unique Schwarzwald Dry Gin. The classical base form the handpicked juniper berries, lavender and ginger give the gin a particularly flowery and sweet note. For the citrus notes of fresh lemons and oranges are used for best quality. The addition and incorporation of domestic Botanicals from the Black Forest give the gin its spicy accents and he receives in this way a pleasant, characteristic flavor. The fires produced from a distillation process are stored separately; one speaks of the single-batch distillation. The Master Distiller checks each 'batch' and selects only the best spirits for bottling of the Schwarzwald Gin.
