Schweinhard´s Gin is a flavoured spirit that is created by distilling the yeast of our wine. In the next step it is redistilled in the presence of juniper berries and in the third step it is also redistilled with other flavouring agents which we find in our vineyards. So we get a very high quality Gin with an intensive Aromatic. Drinkable also pure or with Tonic.
