Gin description

Our refreshing and aromatic Pink Gin is made with a blend of pink and ruby grapefruit, rose petals, and raspberries, with a hint of spice from cassia bark. It has no added sugar or colourings, making it less sweet but more aromatic than most Pink Gins. Our Pink Gin is a homage to Sgt Percival Pink, who married our distiller’s great grandmother Lily Walker in 1907. Sea Level Eco Distillery gins are handcrafted and distilled into recycled glass bottles in Gorey, by Sarah Gaudion, Jersey’s first female distiller.
