Gin description

A herbaceous gin that reflects the spirit of the Northwest. 11 local botanicals including Oregon juniper, Vashon Island lavender, elderberry, coriander and whole hazelnuts are vapor-infused through our still's gin column. Built on a solid base spirit made from Washington grown hard red winter wheat makes for an adventurous, one-of-a-kind gin.
