Selkie Gin is a London dry gin from Scotland made using a combination of juniper, liquorice, citrus, coriander seeds and angelica. This classic gin is juniper-forward with woodiness, spice and some notes of citrus. It's named after the mythical Selkie (Orcadian dialect for seal), an alluring shape-shifting creature. These creatures live as seals in the water but shed their skins to become human form on dry land.
