After a life of travel and music, T. Pripichek has realized his dream of creating a truly unique range of gins, giving life to his three Semanterion Gins dedicated to his children Carlotta (Gin Carlot), Gisella (Gin Gizy) and Gionata (Gin GionGion). Sematerion Gin GionGion Autumn botanicals is distilled in Trentino Alto Adige with 21 botanicals. The essential oils of cardamom and rosemary added after distillation, in addition to giving the gin its autumnal touch, characterize its aroma and flavor, which still remains more classic than that of the other two gins in the range thanks to the notes of juniper that they emerge well in the distillate. These characteristics make it perfect for Gin Tonic, but given the complexity of gin, the use of a neutral tonic is recommended. Also try the Bloody Mary with rosemary garnish!
