After a life of travel and music, T. Pripichek has realized his dream of creating a truly unique range of gins, giving life to his three Semanterion Gins dedicated to his children Carlotta (Gin Carlot), Gisella (Gin Gizy) and Gionata (Gin GionGion). Sematerion Gin Gizy is distilled in Trentino Alto Adige with 21 botanicals that give it a complex, fresh and spicy taste, with the addition of floral notes. The essences of lavender and post-distillation lemongrass, in addition to giving the gin its summer touch, give it a characteristic aroma and a pleasantly dry taste. We recommend it neat on ice as an aperitif or in a Tom Collins twist with lime juice, Sangue di Giuda and soda. Handcrafted, the lot consists of only 379 bottles: a precious rarity to try!
