Gin description

The range of botanicals in Shivering Mountain Gin Early Harvest Edition can be found here: juniper, coriander, angelica, bilberry leaves, blue mallow, elderflower, orris, gorse flower, orange, Szechuan pepper, cardamom, bilberries, sloes and heather flowers. The botanicals are then distilled together in a still from Holstein, one of the world’s most renowned brands. Once distilled, the gin is then bottled in a glass bottle designed to capture the magic of Mam Tor. The asymmetrical shape of the mountain can be seen at the base of the bottle. The rippling of light through textured glass then makes it seem as though the mountain is shivering.
