Gin description

Gin No. 14, now known as Winter Gin, was the 14th recipe we tested while we were developing our flagship gin. We fell in love with how well rosemary’s woodsy, earthy character paired with the bright pine and citrus notes from the juniper. Together, they create a depth of flavor we had never experienced before in a gin. The marriage of these two botanicals is a perfect compliment to a cold winter’s night in front of the fire.
