Sly Gin from Haven Distillery is hand crafted, small batch London Dry Gin made in the heart of Herefordshire. The aroma is a unique blend of soft rounded juniper combined with sherbet lemon. Despite being a specimen botanical gin it remains true to its London Dry style. The first taste is of soft juniper but quickly followed by the delicate herbal complexity of lemon verbena combined with the citrusy notes of coriander seed and sweet orange peel. The flavours linger in the mouth giving a long, almost creamy, sherbet lemon finish.
