Gin description

The dream of this Gin was born at the southern most tip of Africa. With a sailor’s knowledge of the celestial Southern Cross passed down by father to son, as was respect and love of the two beautifully wild oceans that meet at L’Agulhas… or as early explorers called it, “Cap des Aiguilles”. Created with African Camomile, Blue Mountain Sage, Overberg Buchu, Kapokbos (Wild Rosemary), Fennel, Coriander, Lemon & Orange Peel, Pepper, Clove, Cardamom, Blue & Blackberries, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Rooibos, Sage, Angelica Root, Naartjie, Jasmine and Scottish Juniper. All 21 botanicals are infused with triple distilled Pinotage Grape Spirit, local artesian well water and of course a little of each ocean leaving you with beautifully soft floral notes, hints of fresh citrus, aromatic spices & subtle flavours surrounded by the intrigue of a generation gone by.
