Spessart Dry Gin

Gin description

Spessart Dry Gin is our hobby horse and he was the first step after our Schnapsidee to found the Obstbrennerei Staab. We only use the best herbs for our Spessart Dry Gin - which we collect partly in family walks in the forests around Partenstein - and of course fruits from our own cultivation. Our course is refined with juniper from the Mediterranean and oriental herbs. The harsh note of the Spessart Dry Gin convinces just like the fruity citrus notes. After a storage period of 90 days in the earthenware barrel with a volume alcohol content of 70%, the Spessart Dry Gin is mixed with the soft Spessart spring water to a drinking strength of 45% vol. set.
