Gin description

Here is a gin made for our close friend Meredith. It is strong on citrus –grapefruit, lemon, lime. And it has locally foraged Salish juniper and some other special botanicals. It’s a big departure from Harvest Select, but we love it. Meredith would never drink this any other way than over ice.
