Our Elderflower Gin is a full strength 40% alc., and its base is Potato Spirit, distilled from Lady Clare and Rosetta potato varieties. This is a delicately perfumed and flavoured gin, smooth and refreshing on the palate. The nose is reminiscent of summer gardens, and the taste profile is sweet herbal, with a long finish.
