Gin description

A ‘Pink’ Gin that we believe is done the right way… Traditionally dry as a gin should be, with a naturally sweet finish provided by raspberries and redcurrants. The spirit is steeped for 24 hours with Juniper Berries and Coriander seeds along with raspberries, blackberries and hibiscus, then distilled with a botanicals of a traditional gin base and grains of paradise to provide a slight peppery note. The gin is steeped for a further three days with raspberries and redcurrants to provide a beautiful blush pink hue, and a natural tasting sweetness. No artificial colourings or flavourings are added to make this beautiful gin. Named after Best mate, the ‘Show off’, who never finished outside of the top two in any race. The Nation’s favourite horse was iconic, and we hope that our gin becomes as much of a favourite as he was.
