Gin description

Superbly smooth, triple distilled wine spirit, vapour infused with ten organic botanicals, steeped with grape marc and matured in Domaine Simha Tasmanian pinot noir cask. Balanced by pristine Tasmanian rainwater swept across a vast expanse of Southern Ocean from Antarctica; the coldest, driest, windiest place on earth. Süd Polaire Cru is a superbly smooth gin, layered with subtle peony florals and strawberry tones. An excellent martini style with beautiful blush colour. Made in micro batches of less than 1000 bottles, every fine Süd Polaire spirit is individually batch and bottle numbered.
