SuperSonic, a London Dry Gin made with passion. A judicious blend of 10 distinct ingredients; Juniper berries, Coriander, Orange, Lemon, Kaffir lime leaves, Break Buttons, Seeds of Paradise, Angelica and Iris root, Sapote, in addition to another, in all subtlety, that we keep secret . An unconventional, slow and very gentle distillation method gives it a nice roundness, silky. We are convinced that a playlist circulated around the still during the distillation has an influence on the taste of SuperSonic gin.
