A louche, yet sophisticated and extremely zesty sip to add to our award-winning range of gins. This bottling is jam-packed with essential oil from distillation to ensure it well and truly louches (goes cloudy) when mixed with tonic. We created this citrus-y concoction using a vibrant and killer combo of fresh Amalfi and Sorrento lemon peels. Nose: Delicious yet sharp cloudy lemonade, sherbet lemon drops and an underlying suggestion of coriander. Taste: A citrus-y sweetness, a burst of fresh lemon juice. There’s candied lemon peel and a touch of peppercorn. Finish: Cloudy lemonade returns, a final zesty kick leaving the flavour of lemon pastille sweets.
