This ultra-small batch of Ableforth's famous Bathtub Gin is extra special: it was aged in a Pedro Ximénez Sherry cask that also previously held Bruichladdich Single Malt Scotch Whisky. Nose: Lemon drizzle cake and a hint of lapsang souchong tea. Taste: Fruit cake with hints of cinnamon and Jamaican ginger cake. Deep and rich, with a touch of roasted cocoa. Finish: Juicy red berries and a dash of pink peppercorn.
