Our champagne Rhubarb gin is truly a taste of Summer. Made using local rhubarb, and is delightfully drinkable. Unlike other fruit gins, there is nothing syrupy about this fine spirit, and it can be enjoyed neat with ice, or with a dash of Ginger Ale, a sliver of fresh ginger, lots of ice and a chunk of lime.
