Gin description

Pot-distilled in the Ginstitute, this gin takes its inspiration from the flavours and aromas of the Mediterranean, resulting in a vibrant spirit that is both herbaceous and citrusy. Our master distiller, Jake F Burger, used classic gin botanicals and a selection of mediterranean herbs and citrus fruits. We have also added a tiny bit of sea salt before resting it in an old sherry barrel for a short time, allowing the flavours to mature, infused by the vintage wood.
