With over 100 gins (and counting) stocked behind our bar, we could think of no better way to celebrate our love of gin than making our very own batch. This is an easy going, fuss-free gin, making the classic G&T weep with joy. Our Thai inspired gin is distilled by Bullards in Nowich, using core botanicals of: juniper, mango, passionfruit, kaffir lime leaves, ginger, vanilla and pink pepper. Using a combination of these botanicals we have created a dry, fruity gin with just a little spice coming through.
