Winner of a Gold Medal at the 2023 IWSC and 1 Star at the Great Taste Awards 2022 Our Encore Sloe Gin is made using hand-picked fresh sloes from Babington in Somerset, and Norfolk, combined with our own award-winning Theatre Dry Gin. Using the Solero aging method, we let it steep for at least three months before adding it to our previous years batches. When it comes to bottling, we add just the right amount of homemade sugar syrup for the perfect taste.
