The Secret Treasures is a world-renowned independent bottler who has made his name his own goal and is therefore constantly searching for rare and lost bottlings - "secret treasures" - in the different spirits segments. The Ginsane is the latest creation of the company and comes in a whole new design. The composition of the botanicals used is very traditional knitted around the main genomic juniper and includes coriander, cardamom, citrus peels, black peppercorns, angelica root and licorice. Its taste profile is multi-layered and yet classic like a London Dry Gin: juniper in the foreground is supported and flattered by a subtle tart sweetness, fresh citrus notes and some spicy tones.
