Gin description
The Source Rosehip Gin, barrel aged in a Mt Difficulty Chardonnay cask, for just over six months. This exclusive Single Cask Release of The Source Barrel Aged Gin has a glorious golden hue, and added notes of butter and spice. Our classic sweet single malt spirit, vapour infused with rosehip, juniper, angelica root, coriander seed, lemon and orange zest. Then, matured in a french oak Mt Difficulty refill cask previously seasoned with Chardonnay.
