Gin description

Batch 1 has been made from distillation Number 6, which ran for 36 Hours. This is a clean spirit with a large botanical content. Mixes incredibly well with traditional mixers and works well in cocktails. Botanicals include Juniper Berries, Angelica Root, Cardamon Seed, Aniseed, Orange Peel, Lime Peel, Coriander Seeds, Meadowsweet, Pine Needles and Orris Root.
