Batch 3 started as a light spirit driven gin, we found that this style worked even better with the addition of Raspberries, Black Pepper and Lemon Peel. Works well when traditionally mixed. Botanicals include Juniper Berries, Angelica Root, Cardamon Seed, Aniseed, Orange Peel, Lime Peel, Lemon Peel,n Coriander Seeds, Meadowsweet, Pine Needles, Orris Root, Black Pepper, Raspberry.
