It is made by distilling juniper, coriander, orange, lemon, cassia, cinnamon, orris, angelica, liquorice, nutmeg and elderberries to create a contemporary classic. Taking traditional botanicals and giving them a modern, Spanish twist, Tinker has been designed to make the perfect Gintonic. Spanish style gin is a thoroughly modern phenomena and is at the heart of the current gin boom. It’s a move away from traditional gins with their dry, pine-like flavours and a shift towards spirits with more varied flavours: fruits and flowers, herbs and spices.
