For the limited edition, we have matured our Tonka Gin for 6 months in a rum barrel from Barbados. Through the young maturation, we achieve the perfect balance of two worlds of taste. The tart and sweet tonka bean and the hayflower from our original distillate in harmony with wood notes such as caramel and nut from the barrel.
