Tōsh Gina 2021 - Barelled Gin

Gin description

We love gin, and as a whisky distillery, we enjoy the variety of barrel flavours. This cask from American white oak has already been used several times to age French Cabernet Sauvignon. While it aged in the barrel for nearly a year, Gina took on distinctive fruit tones.
