Touch Wood is the affectionate name for our Gambit Gin that has been aged for about three months in a once-used Kentucky white oak Bourbon barrel. Absolutely smooth and fresh, this style of gin makes an excellent sipper as well as a unique base to any gin cocktail or martini. Paying homage to our gin ancestors who didn't have stainless steel tanks for transport, Touch Wood is reminiscent of the gins of yesteryear that were transported around the world in oak barrels. What you get is a smooth sipping gin with hints of caramel, vanilla, tannins, and colour from that American oak.
