True North Sheffield Dry Gin is the first gin to be distilled and bottled in Sheffield in over 100 years. Using a unique blend of Sheffield water and a range of locally sourced botanicals including dried juniper, bilberries, gentian and Hendersons Relish we've created a distinctly Yorkshire gin! True North Sheffield Dry Gin is distilled in a handmade copper still imported from Portugal, in small batches, in our brewery by our head distiller, Bob.
